PRIVATE SUMMER APARTMENTS\u00a0!<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

\u00a0WE HAVE WI-FI AND AIR CONDITIONING!<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cCasa BIVI\u201d is located in Lignano Sabbiadoro, 150 meters from the seaside and a couple of steps from the centre of the city.
\nOur house offers to its guests 8 furnished apartments on three floors, served by a private lift, suitable also for pushchairs. Our family lets them directly since 1975, they have different dimensions (from abt. 39 to 60 m2)and are renewed, wide, well kept and cleaned, with kitchen furnished with kitchenwares, microwave, sitting room with a sofa bed and TV-set, bathroom with shower box and with one to two bedrooms. They can host from 2 to 6 persons. They all have air conditioning, balcony, free wi-fi and a\u00a0 covered parking area in the private courtyard downstairs.<\/p>\n

By your arrival we will welcome you and lead you to the flat you have chosen. By any need you can apply to us\u00a0directly, as we live in the same house as yours. There is no need to call or apply to any agency in case something is broken or missing, we are here near you, ready to satisfy your needs.<\/p>\n

In the private courtyard \u00a0there are two washing machines available for our guests.<\/p>\n

On request we can also supply baby beds free of charge.<\/p>\n

On request we can also supply sheets with a surcharge of \u20ac 12,00 per person.<\/p>\n

Pets are not allowed.<\/p>\n
